Prior to the start of a program, if a player withdraws from a registered program or requests a refund, a refund will be processed upon request with a $10 processing fee.  This is the credit card processing fee to process the original registration and refund.  

If state and local health officials provide guidance that our season/program should be canceled, we will provide a refund less modest fee to offset nonrefundable program fees.  We have fixed costs and pay for field, league, coach and equipment regardless of the # of registered players.
